At BioVibe Pilates Studio, we teach the art and science of Contrology - The Pilates Method. Our private sessions are designed to help you not only build strength, flexibility, alignment and agility but also to reduce stress and rigidity improving your overall quality of life.
The Teachers
Founded by Kristi Sesso in 1998 in Englewood, NJ and since certified over 68 teachers. Your Pilates Method and GYROTONIC instructor is here to serve and facilitate your goal fulfillment. We provide personalized instruction and support to ensure that you are getting the most out of your practice, whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner.
Our Studio
Our Biovibe Pilates Studio is a welcoming and supportive environment where you can focus on your practice, be it Pilates, GYROTONIC or Power Plate to combat aging bones. We focus to bring body and mind into alignment offering coherence to your life experience. Each session is privately personalized by expert instructors with 20-45 years experience. Comprehensive Basic Pilates Certification is also available by request.
